3. Data collection on this website

Hosting

Our website is hosted by ProntoSite (owner: Florian Frank, Willi-Lindlar-Str. 25, 53773 Hennef, Germany).

When the website is accessed, the host automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, pages and files requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer URL). This data is stored in server log files. In addition, the host processes the data transmitted via the website (such as form entries) insofar as this is necessary for the technical provision of the service.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient provision of our website. The collection of log file data is technically necessary for the operation of the website; this data is not merged with other data sources.

The servers are located exclusively in Germany. Server log files are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This ensures that the data of our website visitors is processed only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

4. Analysis tools

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4). The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics is only used if you have given your consent via the consent banner. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without your consent, no data is collected by Google Analytics. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; you will find the corresponding setting on the website.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. In doing so, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, time spent on the site, operating systems used and the origin of the user. YouTube (embedding of videos)

This website embeds videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Embedding only takes place after you have given your consent via the consent banner or the notice at the video. Only with your consent is a connection to YouTube's servers established (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, no data is transmitted to YouTube. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; you will find the corresponding setting on the website.

We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. When a video is played, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited; in addition, YouTube can store various cookies on your device or use comparable technologies and analyse your usage behaviour. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. This website embeds a review badge from the doctor rating portal jameda. The provider is jameda GmbH, Brienner Str. 45 a-d, 80333 Munich, Germany.
